About me

I work with you to get the results you want!

Hello there! My name is Shenee Graham. My unique coaching style is one that involves coaching the whole person. You know, everything that makes you "You." Your preferences, your schedule, your cravings, your unique health history and your goals. My goal is work with you to learn how your goals need a customized approach to get you the results that you want. I use a behavior-based model that helps clients skill build and incorporate daily practices to get results. I help clients lose body fat, gain muscle, learn how to maintain their weight, move more, feel healthier and feel empowered. There is not a one size fit all way to get healthy.
