  • What are your business hours?

    Our virtual business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. -5 p.m.

  • What is nutrition coaching?

    Nutrition coaching uses the science of nutrition and behavioral change psychology to help clients achieve long lasting results and success. Nutrition coaching clients learn about macros (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), learn how to create meals according to your goals, learn about healthy sleeping habits, hydration, goal setting, behavioral change and daily practices. Nutrition coaching clients get a comprehensive assessment that allows the nutrition coach to learn more about the client. The assessment includes: food preferences, health history information, lifestyle, gut health, metabolism and sleep habits. Nutrition coaching clients work one on one with a certified nutrition coach to develop a custom plan that is unique to their goals, food preferences and schedule.

  • Do you do in-person personal training?

    All of our custom personal training plans are online. We customize each client's plan and enter into a system that utilizes a exercise library so that clients know how to perform exercises properly. 

  • What do I need for posing sessions?

    Upon booking your posing session online you will receive follow-up information concerning your posing location. For in-person sessions, you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and already dressed in your posing suit. If you are a figure athlete, please have your heels you plan to wear or a pair of heels that will be similar in height/style. 


    For online posing sessions, please set up in a location with good lighting and enough room to move around to practice mandatory poses.  

  • How do I renew my services/subscriptions?

    Most monthly services/subscriptions are automatically renewed until the client cancels.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Credit, debit, paypal and square payments are accepted.
